Tender App as a client support system
We're currently in the process on choosing a support option for our clients. As an agency dealing with online activity we are considering using Tender, a support app built by the guys at entp.
Our thinking is that when clients have a support issue; perhaps their is an error with their site, they are unable to login to the admin of their cms, or they have a change request, they will be able to email our support email address (support@...) which will be routed through to Tender. From there we will be able to keep all support correspondance and deal with the issue.
One of the features we love about Tender is the ability to create a knowledge base full of articles and common issues. We're initially thinking along the lines of explaining elements of the Pay Per Click marketing service we provide as well as other areas.
We'll be putting this in place over the coming months, let's hope clients like it.
